We presented Gary with the challenging proposition of treating a large house wherein resided our large and furry house cat. Our landlords had made us sign a contract that ensured we would leave the house with a very high standard of cleanliness and that there should be no trace of our animal since they were both highly allergic to cats. Gary was up to the task and took it head on with a high level of skill, knowledge and professionalism. The house was treated from top to bottom and left exactly as our landlords had requested. With this in mind I would give Gary my wholehearted recommendation.

We recently bought a house and had some contractors in who had ruined what was a very expensive cream carpet, covered it in black foot prints. Gary and Lauren worked tirelessly to remove each and every stain and return the carpet to it’s former glory, it looks like a brand new carpet now. They were punctual, they thoroughly cleaned the carpets in all rooms in a timely manner and the service was good value for money. I will definitely be using them again.

I’ve used Silentmites several times for carpet and sofa cleaning. The house always looks spotless afterwards and means the carpets and sofas have lasted much longer than their lifetime. Gary did an excellent job with my mattress. He was very punctual, professional and haven't left a single trace after cleaning a mattress. A little lady that stayed over at mine's had "an accident" and mattress now is as good as new. I am very very pleased with his work, professionalism and hardwork. Although it wasn't easy to find a parking space around our area, as we just moved in and I don't own a car, Gary handled this situation very well, despite he had to park quite far from our place.
